Are you training AI on my photos / designs / client communications?add
No. Never. Your work, your clients’ messages, your gallery — none of it goes into any training set. The AI we use is a tool that reads your existing content to draft replies in your style; the content stays in your account, your sentence patterns are not extracted into a model. We’ll put that in writing in your contract.
I’ve seen AI replies sound robotic and ruin a brand. How do you avoid that?add
Two ways: (1) Drafts always come to you for a one-tap approve / edit. The AI doesn’t send anything on its own. (2) The voice training pulls from your actual past emails — your phrases, your warmth, your weird specific way of signing off. The drafts read like you wrote them tired, not like ChatGPT wrote them.
What about my client’s privacy? My work is intimate.add
For sensitive work — boudoir, therapy, mental health coaching — we deploy the on-premise build by default. Local AI on your computer, client info never touches a third-party cloud. Even for less sensitive work, we use Canadian-region infrastructure and sign a Data Processing Agreement on request. If a client’s comfort is at stake, we err on the safer build.
I’m a one-person business with a small budget. Is this even for me?add
Inquiry triage alone runs $1,500–$2,500 and pays back in saved hours within a couple of months. We don’t need to start with the full studio suite. Start small, see if it works, expand if it does. We’d rather build you one workflow that ships than oversell you on a stack you can’t afford.
Will my returning clients notice they’re getting automated emails?add
