Yes. We sit between your lead sources (IDX, Zillow, Realtor.ca, etc.) and your CRM, doing the speed-to-lead and drip work that your CRM does badly. Your CRM continues to do contact storage and your transaction tracking. Many of our real estate clients keep their CRM for a year, see the difference our automation makes, then call us to replace the CRM entirely in year two.
I’ve been burned by three lead-automation vendors. Why are you different?add
Three reasons: (1) we publish our pricing on the page — no surprise quote, (2) the system is built for YOU specifically and you own the code — not a multi-tenant SaaS that hits you with a renewal hike, (3) we run automation projects every week so your build isn’t our science experiment. What if I have multiple agents?add
No per-agent pricing. Lead routing rules can be as simple (round-robin) or as complex (territory + price-range + buyer type) as your team needs. We’ve built for solo agents and for 12-agent teams.
What about TCPA / CASL compliance for the texts?add
We only text leads who’ve provided their phone number as part of an inquiry on your site or via an MLS lead source — that’s express consent under CASL. Every text includes a STOP-to-unsubscribe option. We don’t do cold SMS. Bring your broker’s compliance officer to the audit call — they’ll be reassured.
How fast until I see the ROI?add
